Hi, Debra!
I have been wanting this for a year and finally got it! Yay! I was sorting through my old, neglected binder and had an idea for you. I had made up a medical sheet for each child. You know, you take a child to the doctor, and they ask how long they’ve had the symptom, and you’re standing there thinking a day, no two, or was that a different kid? Or who had the sore throat last month? So I thought a medical type form with a place for date, symptoms and treatment would be a great addition! Thanks and blessings, Danielle
