In order to streamline support requests and better serve you, we utilize a support ticket system. Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests. A valid email address is required.

Please note:
I am currently homeschooling seven of our ten children and have a new baby as well, so my time to respond to emails is limited. In order to bring the amount of updated content that I do to our websites, I have to be a strict manager of my time and responsibilities. If you have a technical issue or question regarding our products or your order, I normally can respond within 24 business hours.
