In February 2017, we updated all usernames to FirstNameLastName format (no spaces). If you’re having trouble logging-in or resetting your password, contact us and we will send you new login details.
Problems with PDFs?
- Be sure to save the file to your computer and not open it from the browser.
- Right-click the file and choose “save”, “save as”, etc.
- Then, from your computer, open the file in Adobe.
- Be sure to open the file with Adobe and not from another PDF viewer program.
- Right-click the file and choose the option that says something like “open with” and choose Adobe.
